We’ve received several reports of connectivity and voice-related issues. At this time, we haven’t identified any problems within our own systems. However, a pattern has emerged: all reported cases involve Unifi equipment.

Unifi’s own status page (https://status.ui.com/) has recently been updated to confirm ongoing issues that may cause service degradation. We believe this is the most likely cause of the disruptions being experienced.

We will continue monitoring the situation closely and will share any new updates as they become available.
